Renée is the Founder and Chief Culture Officer at The Renaissance Period.After years of unbearable pain with endometriosis, dismissive nods, paracetamol, misdiagnoses and admonishments during medical visits, Renée decided to reclaim agency over her body and had a hysterectomy. I was honoured that she asked me to document her rebirth.
